Java Fullstack Developer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. You will play a key role in migrating applications from Struts to SpringBoot, and guide or lead other team members in supporting a suite of applications built on multiple technologies. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a user-centric approach to software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
- Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (such as Agile), and technologies.
- Assess software application or service requirements to determine the most suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
- Create high-level software architecture designs outlining the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects.
- Define and implement software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes in line with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices.
- Guide and lead other resources in product support activities across a multi-technology application suite.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Java, SpringBoot, Angular, Java Struts, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), experience with migration from Struts to SpringBoot.
- Education: Graduation.
- Experience in full-stack software engineering, including both user interface and server-side development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable software architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
